The going rental rate for good student flats this year is clearly going to be £110/pp/pwk. Please allow for a further £10/week/pp for your Gas and Electricity (G&E) costs.
For various practical reasons associated with the end Simester Exam Season we stop Viewings and the general lettings process on Friday 6th December.
