• all calendar monthly rentals are worked out from the agreed weekly rate x 52/12
• all 12 calendar monthly rentals are collected in 10 equal instalments from 1 July to 1 April inclusive the final 2 months of the tenancy are therefore pre-paid by April.
• For a flat which has an advertised rate of £110 per person per week each group member would pay for a 360 day lease, 10 equal instalments of £572 each, commencing 1 July 2014 to 1 April 2015 inclusive.
• Their Estimated Running costs for G&E per person would be £40/month equivalent to £480 for a full year.
