Marchmont Flats has been in existence for nearly 40 years evolving from 1 flat in the beginning to the 14 which we now own and operate. We reckon therefore that we have a pretty good base of knowledge to draw on and experience to predict how the Viewings Season is likely to unfold.
The Viewings Season tends to follow a traditional pattern
- Groups usually want to get fixed up before the reading week in mid February
- In Weeks 1&2 of this Simester Groups like to have a good look around and make comparisons
- After this there can be quite a rapid domino effect as properties start to get taken
- 8 flats are now either Under Offer or Reserved which suggest this has already started to happen
