The Christmas holiday period has coincided with a spell of relatively mild weather. On current forecasts this looks like continuing into mid-January.
January and February traditionally in Edinburgh have a few cold spells. We shall aim to keep the outlook updated as we move into the Viewings Season in the New Year.
Fortunately this means there have been no frozen pipe issues over the holidays.
