It looks like we could be in for this tomorrow with a 20 kt Easterly wind – From Russia with Snow – whatever weather comes in it will be windy and very cold!
We are right in the corridor between the High in Norway and fronts advancing from the South with the airstream fed from Russia.
The synoptic below shows an occlusion lying virtually across Edinburgh with additional fronts coming in behind! – right into the Beast from the East – cold – poor light – and wind chill – if it really gets its act together there could be quite a lot of snow – an ideal Monday morning!
