Ann Skinner – Ann has enormous experience in looking after all our flats. She is very closely involved in our lettings process, she also directs and manages our change-over process and sets very high standards on all housekeeping matters. Ann knows all there is to know about each of our properties.
Jake Barry – Jake graduated from Newcastle University and is currently on a management trainee program with Marchmont Flats. Jake is a Politics graduate and also a highly accomplished musician. He knows a great deal about what to look for and what to avoid in renting to student property. Jake has extensive knowledge of all our properties
Sam and Ben Barry are twins. They left Merchiston School, Edinburgh in June 2012 and are currently on a gap year. They both have very extensive and first hand knowledge of all our properties and have worked in all our properties during Summer changeovers for a number of years.
All our viewing team know our properties well and will be happy to speak to you about any aspect of the letting process.
